Name of the company was altered to SAWAFUJI ELECTRIC COMPANY , LTD.

The organization moved to the newly constructed office and factory at Shimuranakadaicho,Itabashi-ku,Tokyo and started production and sales of electric equipment for vehicles such as starters and generators as well as magnetos
1945
Shifted to production for private demand, re-opened the factory and started production and sales of magnetos for small crafts, and agricultural and industrial uses.

Purchased the exclusive license for the production and sales of SWING MOTOR for refrigerators (invented by Mr. Delt, a West German) from Western Trading Ltd.

Manufacturing and sales of electric refrigerators,"ENGEL",equipped with the SWING MOTOR was commenced

The company acquired a land of 159,341 square meters at Nitta-machi,and commenced the new plant there

Acquired Sato Industrial Ltd. and changed the organization and trade name to a subsidiary, Sawafuji Transport Service Co., Ltd.
